A French company established in Lorient since 2015, Calorifuge Isolation Industriel (CII) is specialized in industrial insulation, insulation for buildings and ventilation ducts.

We serve industrial companies from all sectors, such as food and pharmaceutical industries, but also heating and refrigeration contractors for the construction and the industrial sector.

Our expertise :

• By providing optimized technical solutions for insulation of hot / cold piping and industrial equipment (tanks, boilers, ovens, heat exchangers, exhausts), adapted to any environment and complexity (naval, confined spaces, clean rooms, ATEX explosive environments, SEVESO sites) we improve thermal, acoustic and visual aspects of your installation.
  During periodical regulatory technical inspections or preventive maintenance, we ensure the dismantling and reassembly of existing networks or replacement if necessary.
• We supply, install and insulate ventilation ducts.
• We manufacture made-to-measure or in small series protective boxes for outdoor equipment such as sensors, instruments, screens, for industry, companies or communities.

Because employees are at the heart of our business and its development, their safety and training are paramount.

Our work is subject to various risks related to handling, working at height, confined atmosphere or the use of machines and tools. In these conditions, security awareness is permanent. They are trained for scaffolding, working at heights and using of harness; the team leaders have safe driving aptitude certificate.

Our employees also have regular training on technical aspects of our work provided by our network of suppliers. For example, regarding the use of rock wool, polyurethane shells or elastomer sleeves (Armaflex).

It is the roots of our business. We are constantly looking for new bio-based insulating materials, our sites are tidy, clean, and all the waste sorted.
We also take into account the ecological footprint of our vehicles and we apply a zero printed paper policy.
